Okay, So its not the most accurate portrait of my current financial position....but it will do. It doesn't take into account the current student loan I am pulling on for this year...so I'm probably in the negative and I just don't know it.


For my home value, I use the amount I purchased my home for back in December.


Big expenses from last month....I had concrete laid around my house....it cost me $2400, but well worth the peace of mind knowing my dogs can no longer escape by digging under the fence. Also, there have been some miscellaneous costs form erecting the retaining wall in the back yard. Hopefully I will be able to post before and after pics for ya!
